On 1 October, a joint virtual event with the American Chamber of Commerce was held to launch our GenSafe Workplaces programme for the private sector. An expert panel of speakers, Georgette Tan, President of United Women Singapore, Dr Austin Tay of Omnipsi Consulting and an expert in organisational psychology, Elizabeth Faber, Chief Talent Officer of Deloitte and a DVA survivor, Sandra Aulia, shared their experiences and innovative strategies on how to support employees impacted by DVA.

They also shared the importance of putting DVA as a priority on the corporate agenda to increase the productivity of companies but more importantly to create a safe and supportive community for everyone.
