Designed by industry leaders and co-hosted by IHLs across Singapore, STEM First Fintech Programme is a 7-month program educating and equipping young women from the local educational institutions on the evolution and skills of digital ecosystems.
STEM First Fintech Programme aims to equip young women to go into their tertiary studies and work-life confident in their abilities to control their own pathway into the Fintech field.

Monthly Fintech Curriculum workshops & demo day projects to undercover the fundamentals of Fintech, through 5 Fintech topics:
Panel discussions and fireside chats with guest speakers in the STEM industry
Structured field trips and company visits for immersive learning. Job shadowing and internships opportunities.

Applicable to female students 17 years old and above
United Women Singapore is a local non-profit organisation that advances women’s empowerment and gender equality. The organisation works towards narrowing the gender equality gap through education and raising awareness and advocacy on issues of anti-violence and women’s empowerment, with the support of partners from the public and private sectors.
