Girls Today, Pioneers Tomorrow

The Programme

Girls2Pioneers Programme aims to inspire and encourage young women and girls, to explore and pursue careers in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) fields. Since the inception of the programme in 2014, 28,000 over girls have participated in the programme.

Programme Beneficiaries

Girls between 10 to 20 years old from: Local schools, Religious schools, Home schools, International Schools, Shelters Homes,Community / Grassroot organisations.

Closing the STEM Gender Gap

Our own recent research speaks to a lack of awareness of STEM careers and choices among young girls, as compared to same-age boys, caused by a lack of exposure and interest in the subjects. Furthermore, the girls rated themselves much lower on the traits most closely associated with STEM fields.
