We have the pleasure of hosting a leading voice in the empowerment of victims who are experiencing workplace harassment, Joangel Concepcion, founder of the Track and Assess Mobile App (T&A). T&A is a brand-new mobile tool that helps keep track of unwelcome behaviour, uncomfortable situations and overall wellness in a secure, private platform. T&A focuses on empowering employees to make a positive change in their lives.

Our speaker spent many years as a top market journalist for NBC and FOX affiliates in the United States (US). During her career, she reported on a range of important, national news – including the arrival of the Ebola virus in the US, gun control, the Sandy Hook massacre, immigration, and spillover violence along the US border. She is also a published author. Her experience, on and off-air, gives her the knowledge and expertise to motivate any individual, organisation, or business to make positive changes in the workplace.

Our speaker will be sharing her experiences on workplace harassment, the tools and skills which can help survivors overcome that experience and a call to action to put an end to bullying, harassment, discrimination, and racism worldwide.
