In this edition of the series, we have the pleasure of hosting Peter T. Grauer, the chairman of Bloomberg, in conversation with Haslinda Amin, the Chief International Correspondent (SEA) with Bloomberg. In this intimate fireside chat, Mr. Grauer will talk about championing diversity and inclusion, women in leadership, the critical role of male allies, the importance of emotional intelligence in leadership and much more!
About the speaker
Peter T. Grauer is the chairman of Bloomberg, the global financial technology company that was founded in 1981. He has been a member of the Bloomberg Board of Directors since October 1996 and was named chairman of the board in March 2001, succeeding Michael R. Bloomberg. Mr. Grauer joined Bloomberg full time as chairman, president and CEO in March 2002.
He serves on various external boards and is the founding chairman of the U.S. 30% Club, a global campaign led by Chairs and CEOs taking action to increase gender diversity at board and senior management levels.
He leads the diversity and inclusion initiative within Bloomberg. He is a leading global advocate for women in business and has been publicly recognised as a leading champion of gender diversity.
